Lynne Ward is a Principal in the National RE/sources Group which includes National Resources Energy and the i.parkTM portfolio of properties. National RE/sources has over several years acquired surplus corporate real estate opportunities and successfully developed a significant investment portfolio of strategic locations.
National Resources Energy LLC is an energy and infrastructure development company with a focus on HVDC sub-marine transmission lines and underground hydro pump storage projects. Ms. Ward’s primary responsibilities will be in the real estate aspects of the energy portfolio, financing, planning and development.
Ms. Ward has been internationally involved in real estate investment and development throughout her extensive career and has worked directly on all aspects of governmental approvals, financing, development and asset management operations. She holds a leadership position in the Urban Land Institute and has been recognized by several land use organizations for her contribution to responsible development initiatives. |
